Siena Butler

Siena Butler is a DMV native and was called into birth work through the birth of her first child when she was 17. Unfortunately, she was left with little support throughout her pregnancy and birth experience as she traversed new motherhood with a NICU infant. This experience is what catapulted her into birth work.

Siena is a certified birth and postpartum doula through Shafia Monroe Consulting and Sacred Window Studies, focusing on traditional care and Ayurveda.

She is a childbirth educator, mother mentor, and, most importantly, a mother of 3. Siena began her career in 2017 as a doula within the Swedish Doula Program in Seattle, WA. She has attended 60+ births and supported over 100 families, with the majority of her experience within the hospital system.
