Lisa Warnick

My name is Lisa Warnick. I am a HypnoBirthing mom and a passionate HypnoBirthing Childbirth educator. I live in the D.C. Metro area with my husband and two daughters. I began teaching HypnoBirthing in 2016. Outside of work, I enjoy music, nature, yoga, meditation, and talking with anyone who will listen about pregnancy, birth, and the joys and challenges of being a parent.

Momease provides support and resources for new and expecting parents to include prenatal, postpartum services, and educational tools needed for a healthy, happy pregnancy — and beyond. We offer childbirth education, baby care, breastfeeding, infant massage, prenatal exercises, and postnatal classes for couples and single parents.
