Labor Doula Packages

The variety of Labor Doula packages you’ll find below offer options wherein you can choose whether your doula meets you as you labor at home or once you’ve arrived at the hospital.

You will have specific prenatal visits, including four virtual and one in-person. When you use a Momease doula, you can select a primary doula and often a backup doula.

Postpartum Doula Services

Momease’s postpartum doula nurtures new mothers and their families through the process of becoming parents.

With professional support from the doula, the mother and the family experience hands-on assistance, gain knowledge and become more self-confident with their baby. The doula usually provides visits during the day.

Momease believes that every mom deserves access to adequate and accessible healthcare before, during, and after her pregnancy.

Is to educate, advocate and assist Mom alone or with her partner to have a healthy birth experience and a welcoming transition into parenting.

How can we help:

Provide parents with effective communication techniques with medical professionals, insurances providers, and others to ensure “Your concerns will be Heard.”
Understand the anatomy, the stages of labor, and effective pushing techniques to build Mom’s and her partner’s confidence and lessen everyone’s fears.
Focus on your baby’s medical and emotional needs. Realize that breastfeeding is not easy but can be obtainable with vast support.
Realizing parenting is a life-changing phenomenon that is constantly evolving, manifesting, and requires support from family, creating effective relationships with a medical team, and finding a supportive community.

My wife and I both enjoyed the birthing class we attended. The instructor was friend friendly and knowledgeable and helped ease our minds since we had so many questions as first time parents to be. The class we attended only had two other couples so it was nice and intimate and we got all the attention we needed. We got great tips and advice, even though during the birth a lot of the information you learn goes right out the window, I did practice a lot of what we had been taught.

This class was extremely useful to us as first-time parents. In particular, it put my husband more at ease in feeling comfortable with day-to-day activities like diapering and swaddling. We got a much better sense of how to incorporate my husband into how he can he useful and bond with the baby in the first few weeks. My only criticism is that it could have been an hour longer — we got a ton of information, and I think unpacking it a little bit more might be helpful.

My review is for our birth doula Carolyn. Our experience with Carolyn has been just out of the world. More than a doula she is like a mother to us. Right from day one she took special care and interest to our needs and always made sure to check on us regularly. She is extremely knowledgeable about the whole process right from pregnancy to labour until postpartum. She is all in one. My parents are in India, they couldn’t be here because of COVID. Carolyn made sure we are covered and have a smooth sailing labor. I had a wonderful delivery experience. All because of Carolyn. No induction, no epidural and a full term baby. I pass on all the credits to Carolyn to make right decisions for us at the right time and making things easier for us. We cannot thank her and Momease enough. Thank you Carolyn.
